Good Evening Bridgees,
This Friday’s FREE wine tasting, between 4.00pm and 7.00pm, has been inspired by a new, simple philosophy,
“Every drink is worth a very good think! It's the philosophy of drinking well”
The Drink Well Philosophy is one of our favorite new suppliers, now looking after the true vigneron’s Rusden Wines of the Barossa, they also have some other seriously slurpable reds and some cheeky Italian gems. I will be sharing some of the highlights with you tomorrow night!
We will have open tomorrow night….
Rusden Poco Loco Rose 2014 : Inspired by France to drink in Aus, this dry beauty is a blend of Grenache , Mataro, Cinsault and Ugni Blanc. Pink Grapefruit, Strawberries and peach.
Rusden Driftsand GSM 2012 : 2012 was a cracker in the Barossa. Rich berry and plum characters with underlying nutmeg, white pepper and five spice.
Monte Campo Montepulciano D’Abruzzo 2012: light cherry, berry and leather. Match me with red meat, game dishes, pizzas, pastas, and cheeses.
Puku Pinot Noir 2013: Medium bodied and distinctly Kiwi, Dark cherries, plum and spicy oak.
Barossa Rosso Shiraz 2010: 100 year old vines from the Barossa Valley, need I say more??
See you all down here.
