Jim Barry's Assyrtiko is one of a kind. Coming from Australia's first ever planted Assyrtiko vines, this wine offers an authentic example of the original wines coming out of Santorini, Greece. Aromas of white peach, citrus and white florals. The palate offers slatey minerality with refreshing green apples, nectarines and lime. Generous and moreish!
