Oyster Shucking Masterclass
We are very pleased to announce our latest event in collaboration with some of our favourite WA brands and venues...an OYSTER SHUCKING MASTERCLASS on Saturday 29th October.
Join us for an afternoon in the Mrs Brown courtyard, shucking oysters and sipping on Idée Fixe, a distinctly Margaret River Blanc de Blancs!
Learn the art of shucking with the legendary King of Oysters, Jerry Fraser. In this two-hour masterclass, Jerry will guide you through the steps to perfectly open an oyster, offering insights into flavour profiles and serving tips.
Sit back and enjoy your own freshly shucked Pacific and Rock oysters alongside Idée Fixe Premier Brut and Brut Rosé, which we will be pouring throughout the afternoon.
Choose from two afternoon sessions on Saturday 29th October: 12.30pm to 2.30pm or 3.00pm to 5.00pm.
Tickets are $95/head. Limited to 25 people per session, so get in quick!!
