We've teamed up with our friends at Beyond Distilling to bring you something a little special this Christmas. Introducing Christmas Cake Brandy, a festive collaboration that gives leftover Christmas cake a delicious second life!

Crafted from Margaret River Chardonnay of the 2017 vintage, this nine-year-old brandy has been aged in an ex-Shiraz cask and infused with Christmas cake. The result? Rich fruit cake flavours, warming spice and all the indulgence of Christmas in a glass. A luxurious expression of vintage, place and tradition, made to be savoured.

And because one Christmas cake is never enough, you can add a fruit cake to your brandy pre-order. Enjoy a slice alongside a glass of brandy, or get creative and bake your own boozy Christmas cake. For the bakers, some advice direct from Kylie: "I soak the fruit in brandy for about four weeks before baking and letting age for about another four weeks. I've been making the same recipe for nearly 40 years."
