We've teamed up with our mates at Ripple Brewing to create something very special: Bia Lai. Translated, it means “cross the bridge, beer flows”. It’s a Thai-style rice lager: light, crisp and super refreshing, with a clean, dry finish and a gentle hint of citrus and lemongrass. It’s made for warm days, spicy food and a cheeky second can. The beer goes into cans next week, and the very first taste will be poured in store on Sunday, 1st of November for the New Bridge Opening Festival (10am-1pm). It doesn’t get fresher than that!
